Our company has been in the business of raising, slaughtering, and supplying poultry products for over sixty years. We have rich experience on poultry’s breed, specifications, and quality control. We also have strict rules and standards about our poultry’s cleanliness. This is why we are the designated supplier of many major hotels and restaurants.
As the leader of the poultry industry in Macau, our company has a high environmental awareness during the production process of poultry and its efficiency. Our company continuously expands the production space so that each slaughtering procedure will have its own separated space to prevent the poultry from infection during the production. In 2007, our company invested over thirty million to purchase the ground floor of Ctro Indl Ocean which has approximately ten thousand square feet. We have imported and built the first environmental-friendly (no fuel) semi-automatic poultry slaughtering production line in Macau and Hong Kong. It is faster, cleaner, and more efficient than the traditional manual slaughtering production line.
Our abattoir has a few thousand square feet with huge refrigerators, cooling pools, and cleaning pools. It provides us enough space for washing the poultry in low temperature and to prevent the poultry from infection during the process. After we slaughter the poultry, we clean them and store them in a 0°C ~ 4°C chill cabinet to keep them fresh and free from infection before we deliver them to our customers. Our company uses refrigerator vans to transport the fresh poultry to keep the temperature below 4°C so that the poultry will not be affected by the outer temperature. We make sure the poultry are of the highest quality and fresh when our customers receive them.
As people improve their living standard and health awareness, our company has passed ISO22000:2005 International Food Safety Management Systems Certification and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in 2010.
Cleaning & Sterilize
environment for production must be clean and sterilized. Our company uses Orange Force Multi-Purpose Degreaser provided by ECOLAB to clean our tools. We also use disinfection vehicles provided by ECOLAB to clean all rooms, equipments and tools for at least two times a day. Our company uses high-pressured water gun with diluted bleach to clean the corridor and passages outside the factory at least two times a day.
Personal Hygiene
To prevent food from infection during the production process, our company has strict rules for employees personal hygiene. For example, we require our employees to wash their hands frequently, avoid bad habits, stay health, wash their hands with soap before entering production rooms, wear uniforms provided by us, use hand sanitizer, and must sterilize their shoes before entering the production rooms. This would ensure a high level of hygiene in our factory.
Prevention of Vermin
To prevent vermin, our company has a professional pest control company for deinsectization at least three times a month. It completely eliminates and prevents any vermin from getting into our company’s area and greatly reduces the risk of vermin infecting our products.
Waste Treatment
Our company has a professional cleaning company for cleaning services at least two times a day to ensure that our products are not being polluted by wastes.
Sewage Treatment
Our company has invested over a million in building a huge sewage treatment pond. It guarantees the sewage to be filtered four to five times before discharging to the city’s underground sewer.
Employee Training
Our company offers food sanitation classes periodically to employees in different positions. For example, recently ten of our employees took ECOLAB’s “Food and Environment Sanitation” class and passes all tests. We have confidence our poultry products meet the highest standard in the industry.
